TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Do not modify the commissioned artwork (recolor, trace, remove/modify the signature, etc), or claim the commission as your own (as if you had done it yourself).

Please credit me if you use the artwork on social media (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

I have the right to use the commissions made for promotional purposes (artwork sample and/or speedpaints), unless privacy is previously specified.

I have the right to refuse a commission request, if I am not comfortable with the request, cannot meet the standards, or there is no response to the payment request in more than one (1) week.

PAYMENT IS IN FULL AND IN ADVANCE. There are no refunds or cancellations, so please be sure of your purchase.

If the commission order is complex (characters or backgrounds) or has additional elements (weapons, animals, wings, etc), the price could increase.

For an extra character in the same commission, you must pay 50% extra.

If something is missing in the final result of the drawing that the customer wanted to have, but was not indicated in advance, NO refund will be made.

If something is missing in the drawing due to an error on my part, the change will be made free of charge, regardless of when it occurred.

If the customer asks for drastic changes not specified from the beginning, IT WILL BE TAKEN AS A NEW ORDER.

The sketch will be sent to you to check if there is anything to change, when the Sketch is approved, I will continue your commission until I finish it.

You will only be allowed three (3) free corrections per sketch (must be specific with changes). Extra changes will be charged extra.

If the client wishes to make slight changes after the commission is over, an extra payment must be made.

The client must be specific with the commission, he has the obligation to give the corresponding references (facial expression, clothes, hairstyle, color palette, pose, background, etc).

If possible, make me a sketch, even if you don't know how to draw, to know more or less what you have in mind. It would help me a lot :D

The commission may take between (3) three days to (5) five weeks to be completed (commissions are done in the order they were paid)

If the commission is delayed due to a problem, I will let you know.

If the commission requires faster completion or a tighter deadline it may require an EXTRA PAYMENT.

The finished commission will be sent via a drive link in PNG format, so it will be posted for 7 days, after this time the file will be deleted for space reasons. It is your full responsibility to download it within this period of time.

The base format of the commission is 3500 x 3500 px 450 DPI. If you need another resolution, please specify.

The commissioned artwork is ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE (Icons, covers, etc).

FOR COMMERCIAL USE: The price is multiplied by 2. The authorship of the work is NOT transferred as it is for COMMERCIAL USE.

The static emotes and animated emotes are already catalogued as Commission for Commercial Use.

The SALE OF MERCHANDISING IS PROHIBITED.

Customer MAY NOT use the product in any blockchain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, etc., nor in AI.
